A Year of Goddess Magic September Practice Update (#30DaysofGoddess)
A Year of Goddess Magic continues as we step into a month of Nurturing
Nurture…
Welcome to September! The theme for this month is Nurture and the goddess we are honoring is Demeter! We step out of the cauldron now and into the flow of our own lives and days. We lean into what is arising. We participate in life's unfolding. Here we are.
Reminder: the main home page for the #30DaysofGoddess practice with all the resources to support it is here.
This month’s video is embedded directly above AND your free practice resources are right here below as downloadable files:
Let us reach deep
and touch the holy,
the ground of love beneath us.
Let us listen,
hearing the chord of the sacred
that chimes in our own bones
and sings with our souls.
Let us expand our awareness,
sensing the great, grand web of incarnation
that carries and sustains us.
Let us lean into the expansive,
shedding our fears and our doubts
and softening into the infinite
within us and around us.
Welcome to September's #30DaysofGoddess practice!
Reminder: The Goddess Magic community on Patreon offers a daily experience in seasonal magic, living your magic, and everyday enchantment. Our devotional rhythm there includes additions/resources for #30DaysofGoddess several days of the week all year long.
The theme for #30DaysofGoddess this month is Nurture. Everything you need for September's practice including a brand new 20 minute practice video, your sampler pack of printables, and monthly snapshot cards are included for you right in this newsletter. You are also welcome to check out the practice homepage: #30DaysofGoddess.
If you're a member of the Goddess Magic community on Patreon, your additional resources and printables for September are here.

The Power of Daily Practice...
In daily practice,
we are invited each day
to remember what we know,
to come back home to ourselves,
to step back into the sacred,
to bear witness to life's unfolding,
to inhabit our own wholeness,
to be present for our own lives
as they are,
in all of their fullness and complexity.
Let us reach deep and touch the holy, the ground of love beneath us. Let us listen, hearing the chord of the sacred that chimes in our own bones and sings with our souls. Let us expand our awareness, sensing the great, grand web of incarnation that carries and sustains us. Let us lean into the expansive, shedding our fears and our doubts and softening into the infinite within us and around us.
“Before religion, the patriarchy, and self-improvement; before there were complex maps and scriptures, fancy churches and elaborate ideas of purity, was the Living Goddess, revered and honored as the Source of all things...We don't have to study archeology, nor cling to dreams of the good old days, to find her original temples; they are everywhere: an oak tree, a fallen leaf, a crossroad, a hole in the ground, a spring..."
--Chameli Gad, Awakening Women
This month: Remember who breathes you. Let yourself flow.
Practice Ideas from this Month’s Video
Simplifying Work:
- Ask yourself "What am I making harder than it has to be?"
- Let some things be easy--resist overcomplicating processes and projects
- Focus on finishing what you've started rather than starting new projects
- Evaluate and review your current work to identify what truly needs attention
Prioritizing Self-Care:
- Reclaim your attention and wholeness as your own
- Create intentional pauses to replenish and renew
- Practice unclenching your life--identify where you're holding tension unnecessarily
- Remember that you carry your own sacred space within you wherever you go
- Nurture what you love right in the middle of everything that swirls around you
Harvesting Creativity:
- Celebrate and savor your own good work--find satisfaction and delight in what you've already created
- Let the works of your hands nurture and support you
- Gather and evaluate what you've accomplished rather than constantly pushing forward
- Take time to taste the first fruits of your efforts
- Build up your resource base by acknowledging and appreciating your creative output
Remember to balance effort with ease, recognizing that September energy calls for both digging deep AND allowing yourself to soften and settle into sustainable rhythms.
Reminder: Simple and Sacred
This virtual circle is usually offered live monthly on the second Friday of the month. In September, our Simple and Sacred virtual circle will take place on Friday, September 12th at 7:00 (central US time).
Live circles are open to anyone on the #30DaysofGoddess newsletter list (that’s you!), replays are available for the Patreon community only. You will get an access link via email for the Zoom room one hour before we begin.
Thanks for being here!
Being in devotion
to your own life
does not mean it is perfect,
that you never struggle
or have fear or regret.
It does not mean you love everything
all the time
or that you are required
to be bright and positive
even in the face of despair and struggle.
Being in devotion to your own life
means showing up for it all,
being present for yourself
where and how you are.
It means returning
to the center of your own life
and living from there...
Much love,
Molly
