It is December. Time for deepening and discovery. A time to step into the stillness of cave time, to restore, replenish, and renew. It is now that we remember that darkness and quiet are the reasons for the season.

The Power of Daily Practice...
“The whole world is a series of miracles, but we're so used to them we call them ordinary things.”
― Hans Christian Andersen
There is a life-changing magic to daily practice, even if we can only fit it into a few minutes a day. In daily practice, we drop back into the present, into our own lives, and we align with the pulse of the sacred. Daily practice offers us space to dialogue with divinity, to keep company with joy, to listen to longing, to come back home to center, to meet the sacred in the everyday. Daily practice a soft place to land, a place of regular homecoming and belonging. In daily practice, we remember: We are centered. We are supported. We are strong.
May you share your joy,
May you share your delight,
May you share your heart,
May you share your magic.
Thanks for being here!
Let us honor our need for times of retreat.
Let us build them into our lives and days,
no need to earn them or beg for time,
but a birthright of soft humanity
and holy finitude.
Much love,
Molly
